How To Make A Maintenance Request
To raise a maintenance request, please follow this guide.
1. Go to ticket-it.newforestcare.co.uk and click Report an Issue.

2. You'll be taken to a form. Select 'Maintenance' from the first drop-down menu and it will give you the options to fill in with the request details.

Please give as much information as possible. If a picture will help you explain the request, it can be added with the 'Attach a file' button underneath the Description.
3. When you click Submit, the ticket will be created on the system and it will be assigned to the member of the maintenance team who will work on it.
4. On ticket-it.newforestcare.co.uk, you can view any tickets that you have previously raised (both with IT and Maintenance), check for progress on them, or send messages.
